Add booking bands, favicon.ico, US spelling and the Dubai office address

Browse Source 
- Insert a Book a Strategy Call band between sections on the home page and
  every inner page, since the header hides while scrolling
- Serve /favicon.ico so search engines pick up the logo mark
- Switch English copy to US spelling (optimize, optimization, behavior)
- Use the Blue Bay Tower address for the Dubai office in all languages
